Akathist Hymn Service

On the final Friday of Great Lent, we gather to chant the Akathist Hymn in its entirety, offering our fullest praise to the Most Holy Theotokos. This beautiful and triumphant service brings together all the Salutations in one continuous hymn of thanksgiving and devotion.

As the church fills with candlelight and the joyful refrain, “Rejoice, O Bride Unwedded,” we honor the Mother of God and entrust our prayers to her intercessions as we prepare to enter Holy Week.
