In the Greek Orthodox Church, Vespers (εσπερινός) is the evening prayer service, a crucial part of the Daily Cycle of prayer, held after sunset and serves as a preparation for the Divine Liturgy. These are Vespers for tomorrow’s Annunciation of the Theotokos Liturgy.
